2008-2009 Try-Outs
The Lace'96 12U division (year of birth 1996) still has room for a couple of players for the 2008-09 season. We are looking for dedicated softball players that are looking to play competitive softball in the Northern VA area. If you would like more information contact, Dan Ries (coach.ries@gmail.com).
2007-08 Season Ends
The '96 Lace finished out the Spring/Summer season on July 21 with dramatic wins over the Vienna Raiders and the BRYC Stingrays. The team heads into a much deserved break, ending a very successful season of FCGSL play. Thanks to all who came out to support us and we'll see you at tryouts!
2008 May Madness Runner-Up!
The Chantilly LACE 11-U travel softball team placed 2nd in the 12U division at the USSSA May Madness tournament held May 3-4. The team went 2-1 in pool play on Saturday but came back strong on Sunday, winning their first two games and ending up in the championship game. The X-Treme Fury defeated them 8-0 in the final game. 
2008 Spring Fling - 3rd Place!
The Chantilly LACE 11-U travel softball placed 3rd in their first tournament of the spring season in the 12U division. Lace went 1-2 in pool pool on Saturday and then 1-1 in the Sunday tournament. The USSSA Spring Fling tournament was held at the Potmac Lakes Sportplex over the weekend of April 12/13. Congratualtions to all the girls on a great start! Next tournament is "May Madness" on May 3rd.
